What you share
We receive the business name, reply email, product details, audience, goals, references, material links and permissions you enter in a brief. The contact form receives your reply email, request type, message and any optional name or project reference you provide.
Why we use it
The service team uses this information to assess your request, prepare content ideas and scripts, discuss the project and handle questions or privacy requests. Submitting a brief is not a payment, a confirmed order or a newsletter subscription.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Tencent Cloud in Silicon Valley. Forms are processed and stored by Formspree, which may send submission notifications to our team's private inbox. Authorized production team members in China may access the information to evaluate and work on your project. This means information may be processed outside your country.
Hosting, email and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect their services. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from UNPKG; your browser contacts those providers when it loads these resources. See Formspree's privacy policy for its processing practices.
Materials and AI-assisted production
The current form accepts text and optional HTTPS material links, not direct file uploads. Share only information and material you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details, sensitive personal data or confidential customer records.
A shared link follows the access settings of the service that hosts it. Do not make confidential folders public for this form. You retain ownership of your source material. Any paid production, licensing and use of external AI tools should be agreed before production; submitting a brief does not authorize publication of your material or its use in a public portfolio.
Drafts on this device
The brief saves a draft in this browser's local storage when available, so you can return to it. A confirmed submission removes that draft. A failed or demo submission keeps it. You can clear it using the browser's site-data controls. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see a saved draft.
Storage and your requests
Briefs and messages are retained in the form service and any notification copies until the team removes them. Automatic deletion is not currently configured. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information through the privacy request form. Include your submission reference when available.
We may need to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or deleting information. Submitting a deletion request does not immediately delete records; the team must also review notification copies and any applicable legal retention obligations. Provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.
